You’ve got a yard that isn’t working — a slope you can’t use, bare ground where a lawn should be, garden beds that have given up. Amamoor is inside the area we work, and we take on both residential yards and commercial grounds. If you’re after landscaping that includes the structural side — retaining, levelling, paving, concrete, fencing — this is the right page.

Do we come to Amamoor? Yes — we service Amamoor, homes and businesses alike.

Landscaping in Amamoor

You end up with a yard you can actually use. That usually means ground that sits at a level you chose, water that runs where you want it instead of across the lawn or up against the house, and edges that hold — retaining walls, garden bed borders, paths and paved areas that stay put instead of slumping after the first wet season.

Because we do the excavation, concreting, retaining and fencing ourselves, the hard landscaping and the soft landscaping are designed as one job. Steps land where the path wants them. A wall gets drainage behind it before the soil goes back. Turf goes onto ground that’s been shaped and prepared, not just raked over. You get one contractor accountable for the whole result, not a handover between trades halfway through.

How it works

We come out and walk the site with you. That’s where we look at the fall of the land, where water currently goes, what access a machine has, and what you want the space to do. You tell us the outcome; we’ll tell you what it takes to get there and where a cheaper option would cost you later.

Then you get a written quote with the work itemised, so you can see what each part costs and drop or stage anything you want.

On site, the order is almost always structure first: excavate and shape the ground, install drainage, build the retaining and any concrete or paving, then fencing, then soil, planting and turf last so the finished surfaces aren’t driven over. We’ll let you know before machinery arrives and clean up as we go rather than leaving it all to the end. At handover we walk it with you again and tell you what the new planting and any new turf needs for the first few weeks.

Getting started

Tell us what’s frustrating you about the yard and send a couple of photos if you have them — it helps us work out whether we need a machine on site before we visit. We’ll arrange a time to come out, measure up, and get you an itemised quote you can work from. No obligation to proceed once you have it.

Common questions

Do you cover Amamoor, or only Gympie itself?

We work across the Gympie region, and Amamoor is within the area we service. If you’re unsure whether your address is in range, ask when you get in touch and we’ll confirm before arranging a site visit.

Can you do the retaining wall as well as the garden, or do I need a separate builder?

We do both. Retaining walls, concreting, excavation and fencing are core parts of what we do, so the structural work and the planting are handled as one job by one contractor.

Do you take on commercial work, or just homes?

Both. We work on residential yards and on commercial grounds and sites.

What happens at the first visit?

We walk the site with you, look at the levels, drainage and machine access, and talk through what you want the space to do. After that you get a written, itemised quote so you can see the cost of each part of the job and stage it if you’d rather.
